With over a decade of experience in solar development, strategic management, and change management, Stanley Goh has been a driving force in the renewable energy sector since 2014. As a dedicated solar developer, his early accomplishments include leading an ambitious 2GW Solar PV pipeline across the solar basin of Southern Europe.

Stanley brings more than 15 years of strategic leadership to the table, with extensive experience in transforming organizations through innovative solutions. His executive career began in procurement within the public health sector in the UK, where he championed the use of robotic process automation to modernize and streamline transactional processes, significantly improving efficiency in payment systems.

His work in the National Health Service (NHS) transformed procurement from a back-office function into a strategic, high-value asset. This change not only resulted in substantial cost savings but also delivered multimillion-pound improvements to the NHS and the UK public sector.

Stanley’s ability to negotiate complex offtake contracts and secure crucial land agreements played a pivotal role in the success of numerous greenfield solar development projects, demonstrating his expertise in both financial management and project execution.

Stanley is a Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) member, having qualified in 2011. His background in medical and healthcare management is further evidenced by an Advanced Diploma in Medical Sciences from the International Medical University, followed by a Professional Certificate in Management (Health and Social Care) in the UK.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Stanley is actively involved in St. John Ambulance Malaysia, where he serves as Divisional President in Kuala Lumpur. A member since his high school years, Stanley continues to contribute to this non-governmental organization’s mission. Additionally, he previously served as Trustee and Council Secretary for a national charity in the UK, further
highlighting his commitment to community service and leadership.
